If you're looking for good customer service do not purchase @KeltyBuilt Their customer service is horrendous. Botched warranty repair and can't get in touch with CS after the fact.
@VZWSupport And as an entire day of multiple calls and hours of waiting wraps up, I have not gotten a call back from Verizon Support like 3 separate agents promised and assured me repeatedly they would.
@VZWSupport called into support after you guys advised me to and they couldn’t help me, said another department had to help me and they’d call me back within the hour. It’s been over an hour since they told me that. I literally can’t get help by anyone.

@ParallelsMac I have had the worst experience with your support today. Initial contact with Cleverbridge which set me down the path to losing my ability to work for potentially a week.
@ParallelsCares I purchased home but wanted pro, called support and cleverbridge told me there was no upgrade path and my only option was to refund and repurchase. I don’t have the ability to repurchase until I receive the refund which is going to take up to a week? My trial expires today.
