@evridelivery please contact me regarding a customer complaint. Your courier has failed to deliver my parcel and has purported to have left a card but it is not anywhere in my residence. We were here all day. The bot on your app is useless. Kindly advise where my parcel is.
@UberUKsupport You have DMd and emailed me to say that the dispute here is concluded and it is not. I do not see how you can force someone to pay for food they haven’t eaten when YOUR COMPANY cancelled the order, informed me of this and then the food showed up 20 minutes later. Refund now!
@ubereats_uk you cancelled my order because there was a problem with my card. Then the food turns up and I sent it back. Now you’ve taken the money for the food from my card despite cancelling the order and refuse to give me a refund?! This doesn’t make sense!
@UberUKsupport I have received no proper help AGAIN except to be told to contact you through the app which is how I ended up having to resort to Twitter in the first place. Please provide me with the refund I am entitled to as the mistake was not mine
@RachelCDailey @RootedInRights I’ve been working from home for the last 3 years. If I’m having a bad day I work in bed or on the sofa. For good days I have a little nook in the corner of my living room. I can’t sit in one position for long because of my bad joints so I often move about.

@uclh I have contacted the department several times, what assurance can you give me that they will come back to me promptly? Passing the message on isn't good enough, your departments need to stop neglecting their existing patients and give us answers and proper treatment plans.
