In AZ the law firm typically must drop the newly acquired client the second party if they are now opposing the first client Ethical rules prevent firms from dropping an existing client just to take on a more lucrative or convenient new case known as the hot potato rule

A mother has requested charges.
Most that has come from this is state of Arizona has asked the victim to contact the assaulter and get them to admit to it.

My misses is bleeding to the point she is passing out and she didn't see a doctor and they turned her away.
