Progressive candidate for state rep of FL's 25th district. Advocate for environmental integrity, empathetic immigration reform, and improved literacy programs.
Thank you to everyone who supported my campaign in any way. I'm eternally grateful to you.
It's time to take a breath, celebrate our victories and mourn our losses, then get back to work 💪
Donald Trump did a lot of damage on his own. But he’s just the worst symptom of a corrupt system—and it's going to take more than beating him to make our government work for everyone.
Our righteous fights are far from over.
Tomorrow is Election Day.
If you need a ride to the polls, show your Voter ID card and Votran will give you a free ride!

Yes, the down ballot candidates are the key. Florida has a historically huge number of Democratic down ballot candidates this year, thanks to @JanelleAnthro & @MargieStein1. Please thank them publicly Kevin. @KevinCate 🌞

We helped send this to Democrats who requested Volusia #VoteByMail ballots. 👀 ALL Volusia Democratic candidates (even in races where Party affiliation is hidden) & advice on Amendments and Referendums
I started the day filming a debate with my opponents for @WESH 2 News, and now I'm off to put up some more yard signs around Volusia! All in a day's work!
💙💛We honor the men and women who lost their lives on that fateful September morning and think about the ultimate sacrifice made by those who were running in to danger to help. We are especially grateful to the Ormond Beach Police and Fire departments who serve our community.
Happy Labor Day! Today, remember how many things we take for granted - like the five day work week and eight hour work day - were won by unions and organized worker protests after centuries of abuse and exploitation.
Protests are not the problem, they're the reaction to the problem. They're a cry for help, a demand for change. Thus, brute force will never sooth civil unrest - responding to the issues that necessitated the unrest will.
My colleagues and I have strong Democratic values - you can count on us to put up a fight for our constituents every time. We won't bow to the interests of corporations or give in to political pressure, unlike *some people*.
We need Democrats in the Florida legislature representing Volusia like @Doloresfor27 @HenryFor26@ZutterforFL@vote_morley @SigmanForSenate and @HeatherForSD7 to watchdog DeathSantis. #DemCastFL
To be clear, abortion restrictions are always about control and misogyny at their core. If anti-choicers were truly as pro-life as they claim, they'd support Medicare for All and housing as a human right, and oppose children in cages and the death penalty. But they don't.
Not only can pregnancy be deadly, it's become more deadly in America over the last 40 years, especially for Black women. Abortion saves lives. Abortion is health care. Abortion is a human right.
CC: @tedcruz, a person who will never be pregnant yet nonetheless feels the need to assert patriarchal control over women's lives down to the most fundamental decisions about their own bodies.
