@hokkfps1 what do you mean the file, its so the video isn't so pixelated because of the bitrate from downloading from the app.

The PlayStation App heavily compresses video clips when uploading them to the cloud, whereas transferring them directly to a USB gives you the original file from your console without that extra compression.

If you have an Elgato, disregard this rant heh. 😭
