@AmazonHelp tried to change my business gst. 1st ur team said it coudnt b done then again ur team gave me a bunch of documents to fill n submit. After I gave the docs they said it cudnt be done again. Dont think ur support team knows solution. N bcz of this I incure loss daily.

My business is incurring a loss becoz of your delays.

@flipkartsupport So people order the brand bears packaging loss, loss of chutneys (because some of my chutneys have gone missing as well), i bear transport charges and also return charges. How is it beneficial for the brand please tell me?

@flipkartsupport the worst ever site for any business. My orders go out come back and I pay charges on them. My business is going into losses because of their god knows what delivery model and b2b support (which is non existent btw).

@flipkartsupport Since these two months all the orders that have gone out were CODs which have been returned to the brand. When we send the packages they are in mint condition, what comes back is ripped, tattered boxes. And on every return we pay 80 Rupees that flipkart charges us.

@flipkartsupport My husband runs a business called @hungrydinofoods that manufactures Chutneys. Its been two months since the brand is live on flipkart and we get atleast 4-5 orders daily on flipkart, these orders are all COD, whereas since the brand is food it is a non returnable item.
