Very poor service experience with gas line shifting request. Visited local service center and was assured a technician visit by Today 12th April, but no update or communication since.

Purposefully,I chose a connecting flight (IX-2660/IX-2639) on 28th Nov, but both were canceled.Air India Exp is offering an alternate flight,which I don't want and plan to cancel. Now for my return flight (IX-1097 on 2nd Dec) cancellation charges apply.

I had a disappointing experience with Ola services.I booked a cab for an airport drop with an estimated arrival time of 10 minutes.When the driver hadn't arrived I called him and he assured me he would reach in 2 minutes. After waiting another 10 minutes.
I called again and the driver informed me that he had canceled the ride. When I asked why he didn't mention this earlier, he responded that Ola drivers have the privilege to cancel anytime. This unprofessional behavior raises concerns about the quality of Ola's driver partners.

Air India Express app is a complete disaster—errors everywhere, crashing constantly. If they can't manage a simple booking app, how are they even handling flight controls? Not risking my safety.

Whenever I try to raise a complaint, I receive the message, 'Oops! Something went wrong and couldn’t process your request. Please try again later' Additionally, the RBI Ombudsman Portal requires a formal complaint to be lodged with the bank first.
Since last night the Niali subdivision has been experiencing a power outage.
