We the future Engineer and Doctor of India do not want to sit at home and waste our time, we need practical knowledge which we can gain only through colleges. Our colleges are closed for almost one year. Many junior schools are reopened but not colleges WHY?

Open technical colleges, we don't want to sit at home. If a rally can not increase covid how colleges can? Also pvt colleges are open, is governement saving money?
