@British_Airways I’ve been in Canada and US for 10 days and you still have my suitcase!! Your courier will not answer phone email or web chat, your staff at T5 baggage hall were absolutely no help, please can someone help me?

@British_Airways got caught up on the absolute chaos at T5 today, rebooked on a flight on Thursday, how do I get my case back? Can I collect it from the airport tomorrow?

@SkyBroadband come to us you’ve be saying for 10 years, today I made the change and despite promising the switch over would be ok, complete disaster. You’ve told virgin media it’s all working but you only dispatched the router today! Unbelievable, 45 minutes on the phone no help

@carwowuk I see your adverts constantly about selling your car, I tried you out. All great to start with, competitive offer but once you start the process the real offer was £1300 below the first one. Car was sold to one of your competitors just below your original offer!!!!!

@Sonos After 3 1/2 hours I found a video showing one extra step which is not mentioned anywhere in your documentation or advice, you need to update your reset instructions as they are incorrect

@Sonos is there a more difficult system to set up in the entire world!! I’ve spent hours trying to set up an existing system to a new WiFi network without any success, followed all your instructions and can’t get all 4 products in 1 room, is there anyone who can help

@Victorianplumb are Victorian Plumbing the worst company in the UK to deal with? Only the threat of legal action got their attention. Be warned if you deal with these people you run the risk of huge disappointment and cost, save yourself the hassle and use local merchant

@SwiftHelpPlumb what a shambles, takes you 3,days to deliver a paid for next day delivery and when it finally arrives the tap is damaged. Needless to say I want it collected and my money refunded. Can you recommend another plumbing company?

Great work DPD, first you deliver it to some random person, then you leave it in my doorstep without ringing the doorbell (captured on CCTV) then I open it and guess what it’s damaged !!!!!

@dpd_delivery_uk waited in all day only for your driver to deliver my parcel which is already 1 day late to another unknown address. After 35 minutes wait on the phone I explained what happened, then get a call saying it would be delivered today and guess what nothing!!
