@OpenreachHelp @VodafoneUK totally useless service from both of you. I will not be using your service, nor recommending. I took a days annual leave, your engineer didn't show up & your solution is for me to take another days leave! Really poor service from both of you.
@OpenreachHelp The engineer was booked for today which I was waiting for. Apparently you guys cancelled it, no one bothered to update me and I still have no broadband! This is an absolute shambles.@VodafoneUK
@VodafoneUK Still no solution. Iβm on hold for the 3rd time today. Does anyone know how to help your NEW customer who took a day off work to wait for an engineer that did not show?

@UtilitaEnergy Please could you train all of your staff so that they have access to the same knowledge. 1 advisor told me I can switch payment method as a new customer and another said I have to wait 3 months
