Community activists have identified the Black man shot and killed by police in Madison, Wisconsin as Corey Ruiz.

Police officers were not wearing body cameras, but the shooting was caught on video by several bystanders from different angles. Witnesses say Ruiz was tackled off his bicycle in the street before he was shot.
