@GunnelsWarren This ends one of two ways IMHO. We either have a utopia where machines and AI meet all of our needs and people become increasingly artistic and talented, or the AI ends when no one has money to purchase the services and products people need.
@BasedMikeLee The Nordic system is the way to go. Low taxation on industry, high taxation on the population, government provided higher education, medical, and job security. Nordic countries have the highest happiness levels. The US is 22 out of the top 25.
@Zack15410519053@sw_holocron Carrie convinced Mark to wear that article of clothing. I believe it is hers. She did it so that he could be photographed and embarrassed. They kidded around like this a lot.
On this date in 1964, the movie “Goldfinger,” based on Ian Fleming’s book of the same name, was released to theaters.
In Goldfinger, James Bond and Auric Goldfinger play an infamous round of golf. In the movie, they play at Stoke Park. But in the book, they play at the famed Royal St. George’s Golf Club in Sandwich, England, where Fleming was a member.
In the movie, the scene lasts for about five minutes. But in the book, Fleming spends multiple chapters describing every hole of their match, and his love of both golf and his club truly shine through.
@SenSanders Those developing Ai need to think about who will be left as a consumer for the goods and services Ai is replacing. Massive unemployment leads to massive economic recession and depression. If UBI is the fix, the makers should be the providers, not the government.
