Disciplines Involved: Periodontics, Oral Surgery, Endodontics, Fixed Prosthodontics, and Restorative Dentistry.

Chief Complaint (CC):
I have pain on the upper left and lower left side, and I would like to restore my teeth.

Patient Considerations:
The patient presents with an anterior open bite. Orthodontic treatment was discussed however, the patient is unable to afford the cost and does not wish to undergo orthodontic treatment in the future. Therefore the treatment plan was developed within these limitations.

Class I caries on the occlusal and palatal surfaces of tooth #16, restored with composite using the stamp technique to preserve natural anatomy. Shade A3 was used to enhance the depth, followed by A2 for optimal color matching, achieving an aesthetic and functional result.
