Something's totally off about the number of data centers being built (over 3,000 right now) and the sheer size and compute power they represent.
They are massively OVER-building capacity that can't possibly be met by customer demand for compute.
And customer revenues can't possibly recover the financial investment needed on these projects.
There's clearly some other plan afoot, and I don't yet know what it is. It involves massive compute, but not merely to serve inference or hosting databases and corporate data. There's a much larger plan at work here.
@ChrisMurphyCT Trump is just a middle manager, doing the bidding of the upper management that put him in power. They want war with Iran, so that's what he's doing. The American Public can pound sand as far as he's concerned.
This morning’s grandstanding at Quantico only solidified what we already know: @PeteHegseth continues to disparage and lie about women in the military.
He claimed the military needs to “return to the male standard” in combat jobs (of 1990!), but here’s the truth: there has never been a separate male and female standard. When women entered combat roles, one standard was set, and we’ve been meeting it ever since. You can either do the job or you can’t. Period.
Thanks to @wolfblitzer and @cnn for having me on this morning.
@BOXABL@GalianoTiramani As soon as I saw "investment opportunity", I laughed. Someone somewhere is trying to get as many suc-, er investors, before this thing shits the bed.
@creepydotorg He's entitled to his opinion. I think most political leaders are very charismatic con artists. You don't get to the top without being vetted by the criminals already there. If it's not Trump, then some other crook.
I'm designing a modular and easily repairable open-source Linux smartwatch. This system is based on the open-source SiP I've designed and will be able to run custom firmware in a Linux and Android environment
