You guys have Worst customer service. Have been calling customer service to change my flight dates and waited for more than 40 minutes but no one answering. No reply on email aswell. How else do I change my flight dates?

Pathetic customer service by Virgin Media. I have been trying to cancel my services. But have not been able speak to customer service guys even after waiting for more than 30 minutes on phone for more than 4 times. And there is no option online aswell to cancel.

I think people facing visa rejection under section 322(5) for tax issues should contact thier country's respective embassy's and foreign ministries to get help. You are categorised as serious criminals, you can be denied visa worldwide in future
