@MerlinapUK I have already paid £25 for an upgrade ticket to Alton Towers on a previously restricted day - Oct 25th. Now, it’s not restricted, do I get my money back?
Toward the front of the train,
With a visible luggage rack,
Matching what we originally booked and were entitled to expect.
Please resolve this immediately so that my daughter can travel safely and with dignity.
@Eurostar Booked priority seats via special assistance line for my disabled daughter: forward-facing, front of train, near luggage, end of carriage. You've reallocated us (by computer!) to the opposite of every need. No help. Still seats left. Do the right thing. #Accessibility
This is a clear failure of your duty of care under the Equality Act and the Passenger Assist scheme. There are still available seats on the train, so I am formally requesting that you:
Reassign us to forward-facing priority seats,
At the end of a carriage,
other words, a seating arrangement that completely contradicts my daughter’s medical and psychological needs, creating an environment where travel will likely become traumatic and extremely distressing — not just for her, but for those around us.
Toward the front of the train,
With a visible luggage rack,
Matching what we originally booked and were entitled to expect.
Please resolve this immediately so that my daughter can travel safely and with dignity.
@EurostarUK
You emailed me to say my train at 21:09 from Gare du Nord was cancelled & on the website it was also cancelled & now I find that it is running. You made me call & reschedule. I have had to book a hotel for tonight, buy food & now I find I could have travelled. Poor!
@THORPEPARK The new rule for the rapids 18+. Does that mean everyone in the boat has to be 18+?
Or, if I come on the ride (definitely 18+) and I have my 17 year old daughter with me, is that allowed?
