Last year we found out that our first son, born to us, has a genetic disorder called junctional epidermolysis bullosa.

Epidermolysis Bullosa is a disease that has many different forms, ranging in severity from mild to fatal.
My son's form is the most severe form.

We also spoke to people who are considered epidermolysis bullosa specialists,
Frankly speaking, the number of patients with epidermolysis bullosa is very small, and depending on the literature, death often occurs within the first year of life, so we are not sure if this is the case.
