@excitel_rocks it’s the worst service for connecting support team since I’m waiting in queue from 2 pm and it’s stuck in 1 queue no one here to track it how long I need stay on the chat just to wait for the support team. Wifi frequently disconnecting
I have reduced the speed plan but still network is frequently disconnected and it’s been very painful @airtelindia@Airtel_Presence really not sure how’s your service at all. Either provide good service or remove the service

@airtelindia@Airtel_Presence after all the disappointments I just reduced the plan to the 30 mbps no solution provided by you, thank you so much for such wonderful service as frequently disconnected and less speed even not able to do proper meet call.🙄

@airtelindia now it’s too much for me please disconnect my connection as you are not able to provide good network it’s disconnecting frequently. I have taken 100 mbps plan and getting 4mbps . Really disappointed. Since I have installed I have complained 18 times 🙁

@airtelindia every next day I’m facing internet issue all ye time they are just resolving from back end I’m not sure what is problem that you are not able to fix it or do you want to happen on daily basis to post tweet here, if your are not able to provide service let me know

@srscinemas the worst experience in food stall at city mall Lucknow srs cinema, they have only one counter running and once coming to queue get to know that item not available and many more bad experience. Not happy at all #worstexperience

माना कि वो अधिकारिक रूप से आपकी कर्मचारी नहीं है, लेकिन रिकवरी हेतु आपने ही उस एजेंसी को ऑथोरिटी लेटर जारी किया होगा। यह तो एक अनपढ़ व्यक्ति भी समझ सकता है कि आप द्वारा जानकारी साझा किए बिना संबंधित एजेंट/ कर्मचारी को ग्राहकों की जानकारी मिलना संभव नहीं है।
आप कैसे भूल सकते हो कि,
बैंक जब रिकवरी एजेंट नियुक्त करता है, तो वह सिर्फ वसूली का अधिकार देता है, कानून से ऊपर का अधिकार नहीं। ग्राहक की गरिमा, अधिकार और गोपनीयता की रक्षा करना बैंक की प्राथमिक जिम्मेदारी होती है। साथ ही, यदि एजेंट किसी किसी ग्राहक के साथ किसी प्रकार की बदसलूकी करता है, तो बैंक भी उतना ही जिम्मेदार होगा, जितना कि एजेंट। इसलिए, इस प्रकरण पर आप अपने जिम्मेदारियों से पल्ला झाड़ नहीं सकते।
