@LeeHepner Regular https://t.co/huXRxo4vo7 was $50 cheaper than the link Amex gave me which was supposed to give me 10% back. Makes no sense how the rewards link would be more expensive, they hope people don’t compare.
@nianiani@basedbytes@asubparusername Yeah but if they can use a drone to record her, I think they could’ve been more useful with the drone, do you not agree?
@basedbytes@asubparusername My whole point is they could’ve given her some supplies and introduced a way of communication. You just want to deny everything I say. She was still alive when they used the drone to record her. https://t.co/mXEXgeGsv9
@kyreahnvae_@asubparusername The weather was fine per the videos and the drone was flying fine. Getting her a phone/paper would’ve been helpful to know if she was seriously hurt. Yes, no cell service but that doesn’t mean you can’t use the notes app to communicate back and forth https://t.co/mXEXgeGsv9
@basedbytes@asubparusername I’m done replying here. It’s possible, they proved it was possible by flying a drone to her. That exact drone CAN carry things. It could’ve probably saved her life and helped her gain more time. And that’s that. If you’re ever in this situation, consider this option.
@kyreahnvae_@asubparusername 1. I have the same drone, it can carry substantial things, maybe not a full water bottle, but it would’ve likely handled a half-filled plastic one fine. Extra shirt too. Certainly a phone.
2. Yes, you’re right. But think about it, they were able to get the drone there. It worked
@basedbytes@asubparusername I don’t understand why you’re trying so hard to keep arguing?? Do you never accept being wrong? Go try to be hungry, thirsty, and cold at that altitude. Communication and supplies would’ve reassured her to be calm and not panic which would’ve saved her life. Are you done arguing?
@basedbytes@asubparusername A hiker in the group she was in. Regardless, I firmly believe they could’ve communicated through a phone, and given her some supplies. The small DJI drones can do it
@basedbytes@asubparusername Not unrealistic at all. They literally took videos of her with a drone WHILE SHE WAS STILL ALIVE on day 1. https://t.co/SOBTlwOI1T
@soukeart@asubparusername No. The weather was not that extreme. There’s drone footage recorded from a hiker in her group while she was still alive https://t.co/SOBTlwOI1T
@Rujakkks262598@asubparusername There’s literally video of her still alive one of the hikers in her group took with a drone and that was it.. They could’ve attached things and sent it to her. Also encouraged her to not move. But no one thought of it. So no, fog/sand was no excuse
@basedbytes@asubparusername No cell service but she could’ve typed in the notes app and let them know if she was hurt, they could’ve given her updates, she could’ve had a way to relay messages to her family ??? C’mon now
