Ben Stokes is the greatest English sportsperson of my lifetime. So many at the highest level have talent but Stokes is also a winner. Always delivered in the moment and actually wanted to shoulder that responsibility. A trait rarely seen in English sports. Will be greatly missed.
Last of the Bielsa squad to go! A player criminally underrated by the majority of our fanbase for the best part of his 9 years at the club. Not irreplaceable but will be greatly missed #lufc
Leeds verbally agree £20m deal with Brighton for transfer of Pascal Struijk.
Formal offer to come, but negotiations concluded today. Leeds pitched new contract, but he wanted fresh challenge and they couldn't risk losing him for free next summer. #lufc https://t.co/B7gip3pCW9
Farke says it's most realistic to expect Stach and Rodon will not return until May, but the medical department is doing everything to get them back sooner. Playing again in April would be considered a bonus. #lufc
Can it get a bit annoying, sure. But they’re clearly so passionate about it. Done it the right way, invested in the community etc. In an era of oligarchs and the sport selling itself to Saudi Arabia, Hollywood money is about as clean and wholesome as you're gonna get.
Sky Sports allowed Wrexham a party political broadcast on Friday: Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney's commentary was self-indulgent, boastful, and tedious - and no other club would get the same privilege https://t.co/uWjSCEciPh
The best thing about this Leeds side is if ask 5 fans who our best player is, you could get 5 different answers. Common picks would be Bogle, DCL, Ampadu, Stach. Some may say Aaronson. My pick would be Struijk. It’s so balanced #lufc
