Until recently, I used to laugh whenever I saw a certain person’s tweets. I would think, “Why is this person always posting things like this?”
But life has a strange way of teaching lessons.
Today, I understand exactly why those tweets existed. Sometimes a person isn’t being dramatic, attention-seeking, or negative. Sometimes they’re just carrying a pain that nobody else can see.
That’s why I’ve learned something important: never play with someone’s emotions. You may forget what you said or did, but the other person can carry that feeling for months or even years.
Not every wound leaves a mark that people can see. Some stay hidden behind smiles, jokes, and normal conversations.
Be careful with people’s hearts. You never truly know how much trust, love, or hope they’ve invested in you.
I still can’t believe how quickly some people can change.
Like… did I miss something, or am I still dreaming? 😭
Someone pinch me, because this doesn’t even feel real. 😎
When someone’s heart is no longer in it, you’ll notice the change.
Your messages start feeling like a burden, your words no longer matter, and their replies become cold and distant. They may never say “I don’t want you anymore” because that would expose all the promises they once made.
Sometimes the silence says what their words never will.
Don’t stay where you’re only being tolerated. It’s better to walk away than become someone’s time pass.
