Spencer Pratt finds some valid ballots that had been set aside and “accidentally” not yet counted at the last minute before certification and SURGES past Nithya Raman back to 2nd place thus securing the runoff.

If Raman cries foul, Spencer could agree it’s an irregularly and that it’s best the election results be fully audited or redone entirely with ID, paper ballots and observers in a single day.
