Doing all this, killing your own all because of Peter obi is just pathetic, benue state turned one of the most insecured states in Nigeria since Apc took over, almost 10,000 Nigerians have lost their lives in Benue since Tinubu became president with about upto 500,000 people internally displaced.

Yet they are apparently in bed with this same government and rather than join hands to chase away this shambles of a system, they are more worried about defeating Peter obi and terrorizing every of his party leaders and supporters.

Benue NDC Chairman, Igbu Terhemen, D+es After Att@ck in Makurdi

The Chairman of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), Fiidi Council Ward in Makurdi Local Government Area of Benue State, Igbu Terhemen, has reportedly d+ed after an alleged att@ck by unknown assailants.

Terhemen was said to have left his residence on Tuesday evening to watch a local football match in the Kanshio area but did not return home.

A friend of the deceased said family members and friends searched for him and later found him unconscious in a bush near his residence around 2am on Wednesday.

“He left home to watch the match Tuesday evening and he was expected back home, but nobody saw him. It was while people were looking around for him that he was discovered around 2am Wednesday in a bush near his residence unconscious.

“Unfortunately, he d+ed before he could get medical attention. Strangely, his att@ckers did not take his phone, which was discovered on him when he was taken to the morgue.

“There was also a needle-like injury on his body, indicating that he could have been injected with a substance by his att@ckers, dumped in the bush and left to d+e.”

The Benue State chapter of the NDC condemned the alleged k+lling, saying Terhemen was reportedly tied with ropes, injected with substances suspected to be pois%nous and abandoned near his residence.

The party’s State Chairman, Ohini Ojegbe, described the incident as a “broad-daylight evil” and called on security agencies to investigate, identify those responsible and bring them to justice.

However, the police said they were yet to receive a report on the incident. The Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Peter Aondongu, confirmed this.
