NOTICE TO THE EVOLS about Dive Studios
Even though we are pleased that XLOV is getting additional promotional chances, we also want to let you all know about the issues that have been brought up in relation to DIVE Studios, its investors, and co-founder Eric Nam.
We would like to remind you that Zionist Eric Nam co-founded DIVE STUDIOS, which is supported by Zionists.
Additionally, Eric Nam chose Mega Zionist Scooter Braun as a strategic Investor for his software "Mindset" and publicly lauded him.
This is only a brief summary of the reasons we shouldn't boost this crossover.
We recognize that XLOV benefits from all forms of publicity, but we shouldn't give Eric Nam or Dive Studios any more attention.
Due to this, we will not be supporting, promoting, or reposting content related to DIVE Studios moving forward.

My point is btw that almost nothing has changed in 20 years which is insane for such a flexible and technically evolving market. They just said no we like the same old shit and would rather like to complain about the lack of support and growth.
20 years ago, acts like DโespairsRay, Dir En Grey, Ayabie, Mucc, Kagerou, and The Gazette (and so many more) were touring Europe regularly. Shows sold out most of the time, and people were camping for days to get a first-row spot.
Then they stopped coming and ignored Europe.
The paradox is that Europe is basically a golden goose for the Japanese music industry. One concert ticket here can cost as much as three in Japan - sometimes even more. Same with merch and VIP packages.
And yet, almost no anisong artist coming to Europe in recent years has been a flop. Important distinction though: anisong artists, not just any random J-pop singer.
At the same time, itโs still considered a huge event when Europe gets even ONE major artist in a year - like Ado before or LiSA this year.
So the question is: does the Japanese music industry, with its self-sustaining and insulated domestic market, simply not feel the need to reach for the rest of the worldโs money? (Outside of the US, I guess.)
@tellmekafka Importing merch is still a hassle in the big year of 2026โฆ..a lot of songs aren't available to us for streaming. Getting tickets for shows in japan when we have the money to travel there is another pain. It's just no fun.
@tellmekafka Slowly some artists come back, Hanabi has been here multiple times now, ADO shows were a big event. Fuji Kaze announced a world tour, One Ok Rock have bigger shows here now, Miyavi comes back from time to time but all in all, it feels like they just want us to do all the work
