I have images and details audio too of the service men and me giving each details to customer service but the resolution is rework who would want a mess of there house and harassment they should be thankful i was not claiming damages #nobroker

The service date was 15th a horrible day filled with harassment and mess created by #nobroker.com ...it's been more than 15days right ti have my refund has not been resolved the follow ups you need to have your money back..more evidence but resolution is rework

#FnP Ferns N Petals such insensitive and poor service added an item in cart got a call from customer service helped with the order placement with same day delivery and after 4hours i get to know it's cancelled coz the area is unserviceable such undependable n no response

@fnp_ind It doesn't seem so as i had spoken to your customer service and wasted my 30 mins to hear that the location is unserviceable and they can't help not even when I asked to change the delivery location they just hung up.

@RakhejaVaishali Exactly they themselves processed the order and then cancelled after saying location was unserviceable and that to a location like Hyderabad not a remote village!

@06sups Worst customer care services of this portal. They ll call you the whole day if an order is left incomplete in the cart but won't take any responsibility of delivering in time. #banfnp
