If this is a legitimate email, I have no words. It is absolutely unacceptable for a single UK medical graduate to be left without an F1 post (the only way they can gain full registration).
The UK medical community needs to raise hell about this
I had a tea party with my 6yo, and told her the pastries were delicious. She said her husband made them. She talked about her 3 kids and how hard it is to be a doctor. I asked how she's able to host tea parties with all that going on. She said she has a supportive husband.
Doctors have our issues, but the way this country treats medical students is nothing short of disgraceful.
Not only are we randomly allocating our future doctors to random parts of the country against their will, we’re also randomly assigning some to a wait list.
This is cruel
#AoMEINHWE2023 such a lovely keynote talk by Prof Jacky Haydn. Being at the start of my #meded journey, I really enjoyed hearing some of her leadership quotes: 'A good leader knows when to dance on the dancefloor with everyone but also when to go up to the balcony' 💃🏻
Might be accidentally posing as a surgeon in the making🤦🏻♀️ But excited to be at #AoMEINHWE2023 in Cardiff! Went to AOME's conference last year and am excited to be showing a poster this year with some of the virtual reality sim work we have done at @OxSTaRCentre#MedEd#Simulation
Having trouble debriefing successful or error-free #simulation scenarios with more than "good job" statements? 👍
Might I suggest you take a look here:

I believe all hospital speciality training should include 3-6 months of GP placement.
Trainees need to see how primary care work & how issues related to their speciality are dealt with at that level.
Maybe they will also develop some sympathy toward GPs.
As badly as we need to resolve the pay situation, we need to reform a training system that is carelessly uncaring and a regulator that is absurdly heavy-handed if doctors are to feel valued. Our entire professional infrastructure is creaking.
Psychological safety is a group phenomena.
Interpersonal relations (& climate) drives the ability to speak up about ideas, mistakes & concerns - without fear of being criticised
Therefore, aim to nurture this important group dynamic in simulation #SimulateLikeaJedi
Been reflecting a lot about teaching medical students and why I feel it’s so important to give your very best (and perhaps why I was so nervous and keen to do well) Let’s start with the financial…
