@VirginAustralia Very disappointed. I paid $350.01, received a booking error, my $58 paid seat disappeared, and there is still no $292.01 charge showing in my bank.

Called again at 3:06pm and Joy was unhelpful and refused to transfer me to a manager.

DISAPPOINTED!

@GoogleMyBiz Your staff said they called me, but I was on my phone all day (phone wasn't in silent at all) I don't received any missed called from anyone at all. I wondering if they ever call me? I even write the country code here just to make sure they call the right number.

@GoogleMyBiz I just changing my google business profile address (unhide it), and my google business profile suddenly needs to be verify. And there's no any verification method for me to choose for. P/S: 1 of my case ID been over a month it's still under processing!

I submitted video + business licence showing my operation and address, but verification keeps getting rejected. I also pay for Google Ads monthly. Please tell me what’s causing the rejection & how I can get a human review or live verification
