Marvel (aka Gaurav Tiwari) was diagnosed with ascites — a serious condition involving fluid buildup in the abdomen that needs urgent medical care.
As per his mother, Panacea Hospital, Kanpur did not take his case seriously, which led to this heartbreaking loss.
