@MEAIndia I heard some good things about passport issuance in India but unfortunately it didn’t work for me. My PSK did not have Tatkal option hence I went for normal way for my passport renewal. Since last 16 days it’s in review only and I am not able to know why?. I tried calling Lucknow RPO but it seems there number does not work. They never pick the call. I emailed also but did not get response yet. Passport call center is suggesting to take appointment to know the status. First of all that’s very challenging secondly I tried that also but it seems I will get appointment for 26 Dec which is very late. I request you to provide some way to know why it’s taking longer and what’s the time to get the passport as that is delaying my professional work. @passportsevamea

@nitin_gadkari It makes absolutely no sense that if someone’s FASTag isn’t recharged, they are forced to pay double toll. It should be my choice where I keep my money — the government shouldn’t compel people to maintain a constant balance in FASTag or any wallet. This policy needs serious reconsideration, because it’s simply not fair.
