I am trying to get Amazon ICICI card from more than an year. I am a Prime customer.
The application says I am not eligible however neither Amazon nor Bank is able to tell me why it is getting rejected.Please look into this if possible

My friend has made a booking JPSNJ28PD.
The booking time was 6 AM but we are still unable to pick the car.
The location of the car was a big car parking where no exact location of the car was mentioned.
The host is unresponsive and we are unable to unlock the car

@RelianceDigital Relevant team already has these details. You are also doing the same thing. Every time I call, they ask me to wait 72 hours. Now, you also will get back to me which is not going to happen for sure

Today another package is showing delievered and no call. The funny part is it says Package left with Security Guard and my house doesn’t even have Guard.

@AmazonHelp My orders are getting in wrong building and the delievery person is not even calling me before delievering. I have already lost 4 items and the only solution I am getting is refund This is really unacceptable Even after having prime membership I have to wait and then this happens
@AmazonHelp This is ongoing issue and because of this irresponsible behavior from customer service, I would like to terminate my Prime membership and would like a fefund for the same.

It's a hard truth but many entrepreneurs start a B2C startup with a good business model but actually forget to scale up or even install a good customer service or after sales support everything is happy and jolly till you get their product but after that its all gloomy #startups
