I ordered 2x hen fruit eggs and 1x desi farms high protein paneer. The eggs turned out spoilt and rotten. I complained to the customer service and uploaded proof, refund was swiftly dealt with. Next day I opened the paneer and that turned out spoilt.

Yet it came out spoiled like the rest of my order and I’m not getting any compensation. I messaged you and you said you will address the issue but after asking for a refund and update, you ghosted me.

When I went to complain about the paneer being spoilt, I was ineligible for a refund as its outside the claim window. Why does that matter? I can eat the paneer when I want to, even after a week I could still eat it since it was before the best before date.
