@DefiIgnas Next will be my 4th too. For me it’s been:
1. 2017 Buy the top in smol size
2. 2021 Round trip meaningful money
3. 2025 Captured the meat of the move. Room for improvement.
4. 2029 Lock in and retire my bloodline🤞
@Pentosh1@ViktorDefi So while robotics stocks could provide some sort of bubble in the meantime, I don’t think it will come close to the real widespread application of AI that we see today and will continue to see. Automating intelligence > automating physical labour IMO. Would love to hear thoughts.
@Pentosh1@ViktorDefi Personally I don’t buy the thesis that robots are the next mega trend after AI. Agree it feels like the logical next step, and is especially enticing to think that you might be getting in at the ground floor in “the next AI” but I don’t think this is realistic.
@Pentosh1@ViktorDefi Second, I just can’t see that people want humanoid robots walking round their home invading their privacy just for the benefit of folding their laundry etc. Industrial robots yes but I don’t see robots pervading society in the next 10 years, too much social adaptation needed.
@Pentosh1@ViktorDefi Firstly, HW is just inherently harder and slower to innovate than SW. Physics + materials don’t move as fluidly as bits + bytes. Unlikely that we see the runaway recursive improvement that we’ve seen in AI replicated in robotics.
@AltcoinSherpa Why does everyone act like you can’t do both crypto and equities at the same time? Yeah stocks are hot right now but I’m not leaving crypto. Good times are coming for those that stay plugged in!
@BobLoukas I don’t get the hate… Always honest pragmatic analysis from Bob. You are allowed to change your thesis based on what’s in front of you people
@Axel_bitblaze69 Wearing a watch with a big Bitcoin logo on it in public is almost as stupid as wearing a ledger wallet branded cap. Practically asking someone to wrench you
@thedefiedge The problem with this advice is sometimes people who are down bad are fearful and wouldn’t be (re)buying at the exact time they should be, leading to cutting at the lows
