ولدت الدكتورة إيمان أبو زيد في السودان، ونشأت في المملكة العربية السعودية، ثم درست الطب في لندن. ورغم نجاحها في المجال الطبي، قررت أن تسلك طريقًا مختلفًا يهدف إلى تحسين الأنظمة الصحية بدلًا من علاج المرضى فقط.

في عام 2017، أسست شركة Incredible Health، التي أعادت تعريف آلية توظيف الكوادر التمريضية في الولايات المتحدة. فبدلًا من أن يبحث الممرضون عن الوظائف، أصبحت المستشفيات هي التي تتواصل معهم مباشرة، مما ساهم في تسريع عمليات التوظيف وسد النقص في الكوادر الصحية.

ومع تطور الشركة، توسعت لتطور حلولًا تعتمد على الذكاء الاصطناعي، تساعد الممرضين في بناء مسيرتهم المهنية، وتمكن المستشفيات من تسريع عمليات التوظيف بكفاءة أعلى.

* نحو 1500 مستشفى ومنشأة صحية تعتمد عليها.
* بلغت قيمة الشركة حوالي 1.65 مليار دولار، لتصبح واحدة من شركات الـ Unicorn في قطاع التكنولوجيا الصحية.

وتُوجت هذه الرحلة باختيار الدكتورة إيمان أبو زيد ضمن قائمة “Great Immigrants, Great Americans 2026”، تقديرًا لإسهاماتها في الابتكار وخدمة القطاع الصحي.

قصة نجاح سودانية نفتخر بها، ورسالة لكل راكز وكنداكة بأن الإصرار، والعلم، والجرأة على اتخاذ القرار قد تصنع أثرًا يتجاوز الحدود.
