@Jay_Matoliya My amazon experience: Parcel arrived fully opened (outer + inner). I refused delivery, agent insisted it came like that from Amazon. It was taken away, still marked delivered. Took ~10 days to resolve. Reaching customer care multiple times, but I got refund for only partial items
My @bankofbaroda College Street branch froze my current account without any reminder.
They gave me the wrong KYC form the first time, then made me fill another one. Now they say it’ll take 4–5 days to unfreeze.
And when I asked what to do till then… they casually said, “open a new account.”
This is unacceptable, business accounts can’t be stuck like this for a clerical error.
@RBI@FinMinIndia@DFS_India kindly look into such delays & lack of proper communication.

And the best part, they ask for Re-KYC every 6 months to 1 year (even though RBI mandates only once in 2 years for high-risk customers).
