For anyone wondering I think, 6+6=12 then add 5 to the end then 5+5=10 add 4 to the end, 4+4=8 add 3 to then end, 3+3=6 add 2 to the end, then 2+2=4 add 1 to the end, if you went 1 step further you could do 1+1=2 add 1 to the end to get 21

The tattos with have both the anime and manga version, this one just has the season 1 heian era tattos on for fun, the teeth for the second mouth were made sharper too
