That was already clear back in Dream Academy—if things aren't exactly how she wants them, "she won't go against herself." I still don't even know why or how she came back to the company after that.

That said, you're right about one thing: HYBE NEEDS TO DO A BETTER JOB SELECTING IDOLS AND TRAINEES.
Ambition and "star factor" only work if the person is also humble and willing to put in the hard work. Otherwise, they're attracting a bunch of trainees who want to debut with millions invested in their careers, luxury brand deals, and festival lineups while doing whatever they want—without even proving they can be trusted alone in a studio for more than two minutes.
