Why stop at separate institutions? I would suggest asking for a separate state where you get to clean your own toilets, sweep your own streets, and do all the other menial jobs that SCs and OBCs have been doing for you for centuries. And obviously, Savarna profs would only teach Savarna students.
Believe me, that would be a huge relief for OBC and SC folks. Since we already have 28 states and 8 UTs, adding one more state based on caste shouldn't be an issue at all.
