This is true, as an objective fact but I’m increasingly convinced that VP selection should come down to only two criteria.
First, do no harm.
Second, choose someone who would be a good leader and campaigner, knowing they have a very real chance of becoming the nominee once you’re gone.
This fails the first test. Taking the winning Democrat out of Texas would be political malpractice.
NYT/Siena has been pretty accurate in midterms, with a little GOP bias.
I expect slightly larger GOP bias because they are trying to correct their 2024/2020 misses with a new LV screen.
This is absolutely insane. Either the Sherrill Admin completely overhauled how quickly these counties are reporting, NJ Voting habits are changing, or we have a massive turnout election, with Democrats EXTREMELY motivated to turn out.

MS NOW gives us an amazing slow zoom on GOP Senator Katie Britt and her look of UTTER HORROR as she watches MAGA Senator Eric Schmittstain Schmitt end his career in a most humiliating fashion
She opposes abortion and yet Schmitt just aborted his 2028 VP odds on live TV
