@hieykit Negative here and a positive partner is not an issue for me. I am aware of U=U and PEP. Plus I’m on PrEP. Education is the way forward to help breakdown the stigma.
@Abouterf197543@marksandspencer@SexMattersOrg Don’t you get changed behind a door/curtain like everyone else does?
You were asked to leave because you were harassing a member of staff and continued to do so after being informed to contact head office.
Gender neutral facilities are the way ahead!
After the UK government’s guidance on single sex spaces, it's important that trans people and LGBTQ+ communities come together, support one another and make sure nobody faces this alone.
The guidance around trans people and single-sex spaces is going to leave a lot of people feeling anxious, upset, angry and uncertain about what comes next. Right now, it’s important that trans people and our wider LGBTQ+ community do not retreat into isolation or feel like you have to carry this on your own.
Community matters now more than ever.
Look after each other.
• Check in on your friends.
• Support people who are struggling.
• Build each other up.
• Make sure nobody is left alone with their fear, anger or anxiety.
Protect yourself and protect one another.
LGBTQ+ communities have always survived difficult moments through solidarity, visibility and community care. This moment is no different. Over the coming weeks there will be a huge amount of debate online and many organisations, workplaces and services will still be trying to understand what today’s guidance means in practice.
We would encourage people to take care of themselves, avoid spiralling online where possible and focus on staying connected to supportive people and spaces. If you need support, please reach out.
Any healthcare facility where HIV care and treatment are offered, #PrEP is also freely available there.
#HIV isn't only well treatable to #UequalsU, but also effectively preventable.
Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis is HIV prevention intervention for people without HIV but at risk.
Today we’re launching the LGBTQ+ Voter Hub.
With the local elections coming up in England, we’ve created this to help LGBTQ+ people understand what you need to vote.
This includes clear information on photo ID requirements and how voting works at polling stations with Trans, non-binary and younger LGBTQ+ people in mind.

Neil Sedaka, the legendary singer-songwriter behind hits like “Breaking Up Is Hard to Do,” “Bad Blood,” “Laughter in the Rain” and “Calendar Girl,” has died at 86 years old.
“Our family is devastated by the sudden passing of our beloved husband, father and grandfather, Neil Sedaka,” a statement from the family reads. “A true rock and roll legend, an inspiration to millions, but most importantly, at least to those of us who were lucky enough to know him, an incredible human being who will be deeply missed.”

It's with deep sadness that we announce that Martyn Butler has died.
Martyn founded our charity with Rupert Whitaker, in honour of his friend Terry Higgins. For 50 years he supported people living with HIV & championed LGBT rights.
Brave & deeply kind, he will be sorely missed.
Maya, who has no qualifications in healthcare, biology, psychology, neuroscience, thinks she knows better than qualified clinicians on the healthcare and rights of trans people.
She doesn’t.
She’s a lobbyist who won a workplace tribunal. That’s it.
Trust experts, not grifters.
🚨 Just going to flag this nice and early in case we find ourselves in another 2022 mpox-like situation again!
