@IrishRail is there an ETA for this operational reason to be resolved? It’s been ongoing for some time and the 16.25 Limerick Train is extremely oversubscribed at this stage. All seats and standing room throughout each carriage taken up makes for an unsafe environment.

Hi @IrishRail I made 7 x reservations for travel yesterday (5ad 2ch) On the outbound journey Portarlington to Dublin only 2 of our seat reservations were displayed so we had to ask customers to move, not all of which did which I understand if they are not being displayed. V.poor

@Luas Unfortunately it wasn’t in real time. At least 3 luas’ promised by digital screens that didn’t show with no messaging about delays at BusAras. In App the messaging is poor with no detail, even a link to more detail on the website would help. Overall a poor experience.

@BootsHelp hi, I placed an order on 7th Jan. It was due to arrive on 15th Jan and never did and was cancelled for an unknown reason by Boots. I raised the issue over the phone with customer care on Friday 17th Jan as the money has still not been returned. Can you take a look ?

@BootsHelp Hi Huw, thanks for reply but I’ve contacted customer care this morning as on the Boots app it was showing my order was cancelled. I didn’t do this and there is no clear explanation as to why but I won’t be getting my order it seems.
