Dear Mr. Talwalkar, as checked, the e‑voucher was shared with you at your registered email address and confirmed with you. The expiry date was clearly mentioned, but we did not receive any request from you before it expired. Once a voucher has expired, we are unable to extend its validity or assist further with expired vouchers. Look forward to your understanding.

@airindia I am not sure if this is a purpose ful harassment of customer. I have repeatedly informed you and your team that I could not find any such voucher,not have I availed it. You team asked me to send an email to [email protected] mentioning file no so that finance may reissue it

@airindia@TataCompanies not sure how much time you need. You can check it's not used so pls send the voucher again. Or send a fresh one. This is tiring and troubling your customer for mistakes done by your ground staff.
