One of the unintended consequences of social media is the elevation of uninformed opinion. It is deeply concerning when individuals lacking basic understanding and analysis gain influence while promoting misinformation.
You procrastinate because the task is too big in your head. Not because you're lazy. Your brain just freaks out. So I just set a timer for 25 minutes. That's it. Don't worry about finishing. Don't even think about the whole thing. Just work for 25 minutes. I'm telling you, once you start, you keep going. The hardest part is starting.
@LaviniaGammidge@williymz I understand this is emotion-provoking but then again we need to be zen before we talk about a people as a whole.I’ve seen people from other countries do horrible things to their compatriots, but do I have to call the whole nation dumb and primitive and stupid? Surely not Lavinia
@LaviniaGammidge@williymz Lavinia, first off I’d like to let you know that it’s not a shame to be Rwandan!
Secondly, there’s what’s called “personal responsibility”! The person who abused his compatriot is responsible for his actions, not the whole nation! I find it unfair to heap blame on the rest!
@imbabazi_@CHAMPAGNEPAPIOY Hello Imbabazi!
I really disagree on reducing this decency law to a mere emotional law!
In my opinion, yes, there’s some vagueness around definitions, but did the gvt just sit there and react to their emotion!?
Maybe there’s a reason and they need to clarify it!
