@TheContrairian @clipsthatgohard Castle Doctrine does not allow you to do as you please inside your property.. you must still “REASONABLY fear imminent death or grievous bodily injury to self or another” to even use it as a defense to prosecution.
@TheContrairian @clipsthatgohard Absolutely not. You can’t claim self defense to something that is not a threat. Self defense is moment by moment - if you take things too far, it is no longer defense.

@trvstash @SiirPnut @TSFights2 Assumptions and prior research. When he said, I hate it here, I doubt it was from a singular incident. His statement was probably brought on from a series of bullying or other acts against him. Thugs are the ones that bully and single-parent homes overwhelmingly produce thugs.
