Poor Disabled Man Brutally Beaten While Crowd Watches Silently - zero civic sense

A shocking incident has emerged from the Kandhla area of Shamli district Uttar Pradesh.

A young man traveling in a white Swift car bearing registration U.P brutally assaulted a helpless disabled beggar on the main road using a belt.

The most disturbing part of the incident was that dozens of bystanders stood by as mute spectators.

Instead of stepping forward to rescue the disabled man people chose to watch the cruelty unfold and record videos on their phones

Local police have taken cognizance of the viral video and initiated a strict investigation
