The best thing I can advise is that: if Zomb truly wishes to get better, he should probably be staying away from the internet for a while and seek professional help. @EddieTheBiGuy There was actually a Lot more information about how Zomb was with his friends, but these were left excluded from the document either because of a lot of the evidence being made unavailable (deleted messages, deleted servers, deactivated accounts,) or the people involved—
