@JetstarAirways discovered ur latest way of extracting more money from customers. We booked 3 seats & you seat 2 of us together & place my husband at the opposite end of the plane. I can see that the seat is vacant next to me but I have to pay extra to move my husband to join us
@JetstarAirways I did, no response. I contacted your help team and they say there is nothing they can do. I can still see there is a spare seat there, putting families together should be default. We only need 3 seats!
The reason I’m flying Jetstar is because it is budget, but by the time you extract all that extra money with your add-on scams it adds up to be just as expensive as other airlines but I’m left more upset. I have no more money to give 😭
It use to be that if you booked seats together you were seated together.
What’s worse is I have a 3 month old baby on my lap and trying to look after a toddler while my husband gets to lounge at the front of the plane kid-free! Why did you choose to lump the kids on mum?
@JetstarAirways so frustrated with this airline! Seriously has anyone ever travelled with Jetstar and not had a cancellation/delay?? Cancelled my flight then the next flight offered was 24hrs later. Now I’m sitting at the airport waiting for that flight and it’s delayed 2.5hrs
Any money saved on budget flights is guaranteed to be lost paying for hotel rooms, overstay parking fees, and loss of work. I’m not doing this to myself anymore. 😫
@woolworths I just got home from a holiday & went straight into iso as we have covid. No food in the house but I had prepared and put in a Woolies delivery order. It arrived with half the order missing! No milk, no fruit, no veg, no meat. $76 worth gone!
I spent over an hour talking to customer service. They can’t find my order. Offered a delivery refund of $7. I’m devastated. What do we eat? Is there a delivery service for essentials for covid households?
@TheGoodGuysAU Hi, I put an order in online 2 weeks ago. Other than an invoice I haven’t heard anything more about it. Who do I call to track it down? It’s been 5 days and I haven’t received a response on your online customer support form.
I’ve spent the morning on hold to various departments in AIR and they said the only way to get the information uploaded is from the provider.. how do I get them to do it? I need an official vaccination certificate by tomorrow to keep working
