Did you know that $DOGE merge mining with $LTC happened in August 2014.

$DOGE also had high inflation rates when it was first launched. According to the whitepaper, the supply will reach over 100B in just a year and a half.

Due to the risk of a potential 51% attack, @SatoshiLite suggested merge mining but the $DOGE community was not convinced of the solution. Eventually, they agreed and now the chain is more secure than ever and $LTC miners are benefitting from this as well.
