Another execution for the crime of protesting in Iran. Another life stolen before the world even knew his name.
This morning, the Islamic Republic executed Ghaem Hosseini, known as “Arian,” in Isfahan. He was reportedly an Afghan national and a relative of Gol-Mohammad Mohammadi, another protester recently sent to the gallows.
They accused him of “waging war against God” and “corruption on earth” after the January uprising. His case relied on forced confessions allegedly extracted under torture, with no transparent trial and no independent scrutiny.
Imagine being tortured into confessing, sentenced to death behind closed doors, and hanged before the world can even hear your voice.
As long as this regime remains, its gallows will keep killing.

URGENT: Sepehr Amirzadeh, a young medical student in Iran, has reportedly been sentenced to death after treating wounded protesters.
I am calling on every doctor in Iran and around the world: please help save your fellow future doctor.
His name is Sepehr Amirzadeh. He is a medical student. He reportedly faces execution in Iran.
His “crime”? He treated wounded protesters during January uprising. He tried to save lives.
When people were bleeding, Sepehr did not ask about their politics. He did what medicine demands: he helped the wounded.
For that act of humanity, security forces raided his home, arrested him and now he may be sent to the gallows.
Doctors of the world, please do not let him face the executioner alone. Be his voice. Save Sepehr.

Mehdi Roshani، a young Kurdish man from Malekshahi who went to the streets demanding basic rights and was tortured so severely is about to be hanged.
A witness who saw him in prison said:
"If you saw his body, you would be horrified. There was not a single uninjured spot. It was covered with marks of electric shocks and whips."
He was arrested on January 21. Transferred to Tehran. Held in total isolation for months. Tortured for forced confessions. Released on bail, then re-arrested two weeks later.
Now the Islamic Republic wants to execute him, using those confessions as "evidence." But he didn’t confess also his body was destroyed.
His family is too poor to afford a smartphone in order to fight for his life.
These two Iranians were hanged this morning: Omid Behzad. Pouria Safvat.
The regime told their family not to talk to Media, keep quiet if you don’t want them to die. And now Two lives, ended. No announced arrest date. No trial date. Just "confessions." We know exactly how those confessions are taken.
The charge: working for Mossad. That's what they say about everyone who demands freedom. Mossad. CIA. The enemy. It's always the same script, label them a spy so the world looks away. When they send assassins in front of my house, they use the same script.
These young people just wanted to have a normal life, to have freedom.
Getting hanged for protesting. Getting hanged for demanding freedom. This has become the new normal and the world is watching it happen.
We don't deserve to be behind bars for wanting to be free. We don't deserve to open our doors and find assassins and killers standing outside.

He will be executed tomorrow he will be hanged. He’s just a child. Please help me to get the leaders to call the Islamic Republic to stop the execution.
My heart broke when I just watched the forced confession of this young boy on Iran’s state TV.
They tell him: “You are Mohareb.”
He asks: “What does that mean?”
He was so young, he didn’t understand that it means one thing in Islamic Republic:
execution
A 17-year-old boy, Shervin Bagherian, was arrested in Iran’s recent protest. Now in the middle of a war they are preparing to execute him.
His only crime was wanting a normal life. There is still time to speak up. Will you stand with me and be his voice before it’s too late?
#StopExecutionsInIran
heartbreaking to watch, but please watch this to see how the Islamic Republic drags mothers and fathers to the gallows and force the families to watch the hanging of their beloved ones.
Makes them stand there. Makes them wait, while their child is prepared. While the rope is placed around their neck.
No last embrace. No final touch. Nothing. Just watch. Watch until the last breath. Watch until the Allahu Akbar rises over the square.
That is the sound they use to kill our children.
💔💔
I don’t know how to stop these executions anymore.
I woke up again to the news that another young protester had been hanged.
Yes, every morning I wake up wondering whose name I’ll have to write next, and whether anyone will care enough to read it.
Today, right after the call to prayer, the regime hanged Mehdi Khaneki. 26 years old. A law graduate. Arrested during the January uprising in Karaj.
The regime released a video of men raiding his “hideout,” his head shaved, staged for the cameras. A production shot after his arrest to build the case against him. This is what passes for evidence in the Islamic Republic.
His family was put under pressure and warned to stay silent and cut off all contact with the media.
This is their answer to international pressure. Not stopping the killings. Hiding them.
Mehdi Khaneki’s name has been added to the long list of people murdered by the Islamic Republic inside its prisons.
How can I ask the international community, especially those leaders who claim to stand for human rights and democracy, to put pressure on the Islamic Republic and demand that it #StopExecutionsInIran?

Since yesterday, people keep asking me the same question: How can someone be hanged for opening a door?
I want you to see the answer with your own eyes.
Two Iranian protesters. Both killed in front of cameras for showing compassion.
One opened a door when protesters came running security forces right behind them, armed. He let them in. Then he pushed against that same door with everything he had, trying to keep the security forces out. They forced it open. And they killed him right there.
The other had a wounded protester on his shoulder, carrying him through the streets to safety. That was enough.
Empty hands. No weapons. Just human beings doing what human beings do, protecting each other.
The Islamic Republic calls this a crime worthy of death.
That is the Iran the world needs to see. The Islamic republic is terrorist not the people of Iran.

💔
Ten more Iranian protesters scheduled to be executed tomorrow. Two protesters were hanged in Iran today.
You all watching war headlines but no one talks about the war being imposed on us Iranians by our own regime that hanging its own people in silence.
They are people who said: we want freedom.
If no one speaks, they kill more people.
