Been very interesting to watch @SolanaHubApp and @0x7cf compete over votes in the BLZE validator gauges by bribing voters with extra rewards
The BLZE wars have begun ๐
Hanabi Staking will not adopt BAM as it allows arbitrary transaction reordering and censorship. BAM also decreases our block fees and MEV tips according to Vortex's data, making staking to us less attractive even after taking the subsidies into account. Enjoy FCFS tx processing!
@MarinadeFinance Regardless, pool share percentage wise, it's still much better than jito, so I respect Marinade for finally taking action after so long. It's certainly worth celebrating but a lot more work is needed going forward.
According to my data, if we use a static threshold of 4% (double the cluster average) and filter by validators with more than 200 blocks produced, the amount of sandwichers' stake is 1.23m. If we adopt a dynamic threshold (narrower bands as the number of blocks increases), it's 1.31m.
@MarinadeFinance says if you sandwich in >30% of your blocks you get blacklisted! Now the sandwichers can just stay below this number to safely fly under the radar... Plus there just isn't that many sandwichable txs nowadays (cluster average is 1.6%).
Marinade once again paid lip service.
@camolNFT That's the token's update authority for updating the token's name/icon etc. The presale funds had already been withdrawn

@solblaze_org Happy to see BlazeStake rewarding contribution and ethical behaviour instead of 0.001% more vote credits and the highest bidders. Keep up with the good work!
