@ScottRSmith11 @Xatarrer And massive props to those people! Don't want to take anything away from them at all - it's just not something I particularly enjoy doing. And for buying, I prefer to collect art that feels 100% crafted/curated by the artist themselves without anyone else involved.

Personal taste, but I hope choose-your-mint mechanics don't replace the random mint mechanics of long-form. When I'm collecting, I don't want to be part of the art - that removes the magic.

And it eliminates Transcendant Grails, such as the goose, lion, starry summit or tulip.

@terry_widdler Oh good point actually, decagon is an interesting one that feels like it splits the difference. It feels like I'm part of the discovery of the art instead of the choosing of the art if that makes sense?

@shardifty @mwiederrecht Two incredible outputs indeed. Honestly some of the best I've seen. And I've played with the algo a decent amount too! Just prefer the serendipity of not having to play a role in the minted outputs.

@stevezaozirny For me, a huge component of what makes a grail transcendent is the random chance of it all. Not sure you can have a transcendant grail with infinite outputs possible. Nothing against cosmic rays though, big fan of the algo!

Not against experimenting with new formats, and can definitely see why people like playing w/ algos (@sansaxyz is awesome for this), but I just don't want to be part of the process. And to clarify, 1/1s + editions are great too - it doesn't need to always be random chance.
